Just horrible. The pictures speak for themselves. Went to soak off SNS from previous manicure and get a regular gel mani. The lady who serviced me was nice but the work was horrible. It was rushed and can definitely be seen that this was a bad job. It was disappointing that they would even allow a customer to do walk out with such bad service.

I’ve gotten wax dropped on me multiple times while getting my eyebrows done here. One time the strip that they use to take off the hair was dropped on my leather leather jacket, with wax and hair on it. I didn’t notice and walked around for hours with it stuck to my sleeve. I’ve also gotten wax dropped in my hair. I sent my niece to get her eyebrows done and she was told that her natural brows were uneven and had more hair on one side than the other so they couldn’t be done. The nails are mediocre, like someone just learning how to nails. I got my nails done there and then went to another salon after and the tech noticed what a bad job it was. I gave them chance after chance because they’re close to my house but after them turning my niece away today (I’m glad they turned her away instead of messing up her brows) for their lack of skill I will never be going back.

The nail polish discolored and chipped after as soon as I got home. The Atmosphere was weird as they talk among themselves in a different language like no one understands Spanish 🤭☺️. But they giggled and talked b.s about our nationalities laughing the whole time I was there. Not a customer friendly environment at all. My manicure should not look like this after I leave! Will not be returning

This place is one of the worst places I’ve been to! I gave it a 1 star because I wasn’t able to give it a zero ! Manager is rude and rushes everything! Then he takes smoking breaks IN THE MIDDLE OF DOING YOUR NAILS!!! They try to convince you to get gel because you have to pay more for it ! The gel isn’t even gel! It’s so watery ! All they do is talk and not do the actual nails. They really don’t care and it’s sad ! Save your money and go to a different place unless you want the worst nail experience ever!

Horrible, definitely overpriced, hole in the wall, worst of the worst for lack of a better word. This place is disgusting PERIOD!! I’m mad I even paid for the service. The older guy did not do my nails correctly then got mad when I said to fix them. So when I asked how much I was appalled when he said $78. He tried to charge me for “shaping my nails” which I did not ask for. ABSOLUTELY NOT!! Very disappointing!! I really don’t understand how they’re still open.
