So, I went to sugar nail pretty consistently a few years back and always had a wonderful experience: the gel x lasted and the nail designs were great. I stopped for about a year to get my nails a chance to grow.

I started getting my nails done again and I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

My gel x started coming off at the bottom towards the second week. One of them completely broke off my the end of the second week.

I went to go in and give it another shot, and was expecting a fill but needed a full new set even though it had been less than 3 weeks. A new set is expensive.

I was with a lady I hadn’t used before and showed her a design and asked if she could do it.

It was so bad she didn’t charge for the design. I could have just done a solid color and been happier than promised something not good.

With tip, I still paid $150 for a mediocre set at best. I’m so disappointed and sad. 🙁 I was getting these done for an event and I dont feel good about them and I don’t have the money or time to get a completely new one.

I think that will be my last time coming here.

Yoshi is incredible! Went yesterday and have never experienced this level of detail and care for my nail/ design. The natural nail bed was really cared for with gentle removal of old gel . There were so many beautiful options for a custom finish down to the gemstone sizes, detail line colors, and even different opacities of the gel, I was blown away. She was meticulous, communicative, and so skilled!

I got nail extensions and a pedicure. At first I loved it and they nailed the design I wanted, but after two days, THREE of the nails popped off, and my toes started chipping. For $222, I would like my nails to last longer than two days… Would NOT recommend this place. Cute for a day, but doesn’t last and not worth the money.
