My mother and I have been here twice and both times they have been absolutely amazing on so many levels. Everyone is so nice and professional. They take their time and make sure you are completely satisfied. We literally drive from Downtown LA all the way here just for them.

I had an app at 3. Showed up early and waited patiently no problem.She did my eyebrows mustache and chin. She was in a hurry to get me out. Already wrapping up the paper they lay u down on while I’m still sitting there trying to look at her work. I felt rushed out. Didn’t give me the chance to see that she didn’t get a lot of the hairs on my chin nor mustache. Went to Walmart after to buy a self waxing kit. Dissapointed I even gave her a tip. Should have looked better :/ . No comments on nails since I didn’t get that service done. Only thing good was the eyebrows although they could’ve used more detailing. Some hairs on there as well
