Casi did a wonderful job on my nails! I am pretty new to manicures but this was definitely the best one I’ve received yet. Her attention to detail was outstanding and she answered all my newbie questions. The salon itself is very nice and comfortable, and I’ve always been able to find street parking easily. Great experience!

Worst acrylic set and art I’ve ever had. I didn’t know how to act when it was happening because I was anxious and was hopeful it wouldn’t be as bad when it was all over. I should have known it was going to go downhill because during my pedicure after the polish was on, the nail tech said it was lumpy and asked what I wanted to do…I’m like, if it’s lumpy, why are you asking me-she should have just redone it? She already spent 40 minutes on the pedicure so I said just put a clear coat over it. I should have left then. The last two photos are inspiration for what I wanted-the first are what I got. The acrylic was lumped on, never filed down, and the shape of the nails were uneven. The art looked like weird starfish and the artist said it was good enough and I was like, okay, It’s good enough? I am an extremely anxious person and it took me two years to go in to the salon since the pandemic. I was barely holding it together and I wanted to leave so fast! I spent 135 with tip (regretted tipping but I felt bad). Then I immediately called the manager. She agreed to redo them completely the next day. I went in, and she appeared rushed. She didn’t even acknowledge how atrocious they were, and the same nail tech was still working that day. I wanted nail art and paid for nail art but I could tell she was rushed so I just said one color. I was supposed to also have a pedicure redone because it was also lumpy-but I just said no since I could tell it was all rushed anyway. Poor customer service and recovery-I should have had everything redone and been apologized to. After the shaping I was handed over to another nail tech for polish and the tech said sometimes they are busy…this wasn’t being busy-this was poor skill. I was never offered a refund, any apology, or what I actually wanted. I am extremely disappointed and would advise no one to go here unless they want to waste over 3 hours and two days of their time and experience the worst set of nails and mediocre service in Milwaukee.

Great service and great price! Was able to book a next day appointment for 2 gel manicures, and even needed to call to reschedule and they accommodated us very well! The two techs who worked on myself and my partner were so sweet, and really took time to make sure the shapes were right. I’m always wary of dremel removal, but my tech did great and I immediately could tell she knew what she was doing and did it well. Will definitely come back!

Lili and Ian were wonderful! My sister and I got our nails done before my big day and I couldn’t be more happy. Lili took her time to make sure I was happy with my nails and did such a great job doing the custom art I requested. She is very talented and very passionate!

I received the Spa manicure and pedicure combo with regular nail polish and even after swimming, showers, putting furniture together, my nail polish is still intact without chips, after a ful week!

I will be back 🙂 thank you so much!!

I have been twice for pedicures. They don’t do a good job of cutting or shaping the nails. The prices are fair for the work they do.

They make you place a $20 deposit to hold your appointment, which is supposed to be subtracted from the total of your service. I was charged for my service and the person ringing me up did not subtract that $20. I was told I’d be refunded… was there over a month ago and never got my money back. Be sure to remind them to subtract that $20, because you won’t get refunded.
