I cannot recommend this salon highly enough. It is not pretentious but the ladies know what they are doing and are super sweet. I have been going for a while after trying out several different places and have really bonded with some of the technicians here. So much so that my regular nail tech (Kim) bought my newborn a gift when he was born. It’s like a home away from home!

I got my toes, eyebrows, and a dip and powder by the manager. Not only did she burn and scab my eye lid with the wax but my nails fell off broke and had an awful look. They weren’t even shaped right. Then they made me pay to fix their mistake. Lisa the nail tech was a horrible and mean woman. I would not even send my enemy there.

The worst customer service I have ever received from a nail salon! I payed $40 for a fill and my GEL POLISH is chipping off after 1 day! Went back for a refund or new set and was denied both. I was told I had to dispute it with my bank. I will never spend money here again and will let everyone I know about the poor service and quality.

The gel looks like I’ve had the nails on for weeks, she filed my NAIL AFTER she painted, the polish is uneven, they were all sitting around while only 1 lady was going backhand forth rushing to do everyone’s nails. I went here because it was closer to a friend’s house, and will NEVER be back.

Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the nails service I got today. The staff seemed very friendly, however the nail job I got I is absolutely terrible!!! I spent $40 and it is just so bad. Nails are all different size. The lady seems in a rush. I was not informed I would not get manicure just nail polish (dipping) which makes polish look awful. When I asked you are not doing manicure? She answered: “no”. Tell me about it before the service!!! I wanted manicure. When I raised my concern, I just got irritated “no”. In addition, my cuticles got destroyed with the machine. To sum it up, terrible terrible terrible.
