This place has an amazing vibe, from all the friendly staff, to the newly done and gorgeous decorations. Ive gotten my nails done here from Geni for a couple years on and off and she always exceeds my expectations and works with me when I want difficult styles! I would 100% recommend this place to coworkers, friends, and family. Below are some of my favorites!

The nail tech helping me was carelessly removing some hard gel from my nails and she kept filing down until I pulled my hand away because I felt pain on my pinky nail. It’s tender and hurts a good bit. There’s a little pink circle on my pinky. I think she got down to the skin under my nail or the very bottom layer of my pinky nail. When she was done, my pinky nail was as soft and flimsy as a newborn baby’s nail. I didn’t even let her finish my manicure because she was doing a piss poor job removing my hard gel. On top of that, the gel pedicure I got is bubbling… and I just got it like 5 hours ago. Never in my life have I had such a terrible mani + pedi experience. I didn’t catch the nail tech’s name but she had medium length blonde hair.

I really hate to post negative reviews but hopefully this will help someone who is considering using their services. I made an on line appt which was easy and responsive (only reason why I gave 2 stars instead of one). My stylist (who i will not identify)sat me down and asked about my hair which is short and in a pixie and I just needed it freshened up. After disappearing for a few minutes she came back and said she does not have much experience cutting short hair. I told her if she didn’t feel comfortable I’d prefer her not to cut my hair which she stated she didn’t. That was fine and I get it but I was not offered another stylist as an alternative and I had to ask if I could make another appointment with someone and she checked with another stylist who said they could do it in a week. Leaving town next week so doesnt work. I felt like I was literally being discounted and “pushed” out the door. Just a lack of any type of customer service. I really wanted to like this place it has some nice ambience.
