I went yesterday to get my nails done for the first time there, the nails are pretty but I had a bad experience. First of all, I was charged 95€ instead of 85€ as discussed on instagram. While the set I got is simpler and quicker than the set I was asking for. I wanted polygel flowers that apparently were not available, weird as I had discussed I wanted this set on instagram before booking the appointment. Second of all, the lady was particularly unfriendly! either not telling me anything about how much cost a strass, did not want to me to select more than 1 color, and also when she applied the gel the first time my nails started to hurt a lot under the light so I removed them to ease the burn and let it cool down and she told me to put it back straight away as her gel does not burn, I stated that yes it burns because it burned me and I am not a liar! I could tell she was really annoyed and looked like she wanted the work to be done really quickly as soon as she started! There was no compassion and no sympathy! The set took a normal time as it needed 90 minutes. When I asked explanations why the price changed she just said that it is like that and notify at the end that 1 strass costs 1€. I post in order the pictures of the set I wanted, the messages, and what I got! I am pretty sure that some experiences there can be good but I will definitely not go there again!

I’m writing because I don’t want anyone to be deceived by Instagram photos. All of staffs are Vietnamese and I got my nail from young man. He cut too much of my flesh to bleed and push the area out to open while he did this ugly design. It took another 40 minutes to correct it roughly because he ignored everything I wanted that I asked for several times. When I asked him why he didn’t draw grapefruit, he said “WHY DIDN‘T YOU SAY IT TO ME“🤯 I told him I want this grapefruit design more than 6 times with the pictures! May be he didn‘t know the word grapefruit and how to draw grapefruit design(But while I was getting my nails, I kept turning on the pictures right next to me) There were no gradation( I gave up), no grapefruit design. After an hour and a half, I realized that this was his design capability limit and I just wanted it to end quickly, and I gave up on it even if my nails were ruined at the end. Then he set it up like this and get 80 euros. That white stain on my finger still doesn’t come off. They never see the DM and comments, only hype. This is the design and the real picture I asked for. They doubled the price of €40 quality.

Thanks to Nikki the whole appointment and end result was great 😊 She was very patient and gentle during the whole removal of the old shellac. I have been to this salon and several times but this was definitely the best customer experience

I have been a customer for at least 4 years here. Since the summer my experience here has declined. They put zero effort on you unless you go for gel+tip. The last few times it took 3h for a pedikure with shellac and shellac on my hands (lotion doesn’t count as manicure) on virgin nails, the 2 times after that the shellac broke, and now it took 45 min to remove the shellac with the result showing in the photo.
I kept coming back hoping it was just that one employer, but no it seems to be the standard now.
I won’t be coming back anymore.

I made an appointment, encouraged by Instagram photos… and I won’t come back because my manicure is done aesthetically, but my nails look like I’ve had a week’s growth 😮 manicure is not under the cuticles. Tools that are not sterilized and this is an easy way to catch dangerous infections !
I paid for a design that doesn’t look like what I wanted at all. Before starting, I asked if the colour which i want is available and I received confirmation that yes, and at the end I received information that it was not the wrong nail polish used but the photo shows the light and this isn’t the effect of nail colour.

I’m compering this salon to Slavic beauty services wich are of a much higher standard and are not performed in a hurry. Sorry guys but we won’t see each other again
