****EMBER IS THE BEST STYLIST****

I haven’t had a haircut in three years and was very nervous for my haircut today. I had an appointment with Ember, and she immediately made me feel comfortable! I needed a trim and adding layers to my natural curls and she was FANTASTIC!! She did a great job with the trim and gave me exactly the shape I wanted. Kept my length as well. She had excellent customer service. If you ever need to get a haircut, I highly recommend going to Ember.

ember did my hair and it came out amazing!! just what i asked for 🙂 i was super nervous but she double checked my lengths when she was cutting my hair, and made me feel comfortable in general. i’m so sad that she will be leaving soon but she is an amazing stylist and would definitely recommend!!

First, I booked a haircut online. A day or so before the appointment I got a text from the stylist saying she doesn’t typically do mens haircuts… she thought because my name is Alex. I was a guy. So that was awkward. I replied back and let her know I was female and everything would be okay. I did go to the appointment and she gave me a good hair cut. During the haircut appointment we talked about bleaching my hair to a brighter blonde and getting the pink color out of it as well. She told me she could do that and to book an appointment with the front desk on my way out. So that’s what I did, told the front desk on my way out.
Come to 1.5 hours before my scheduled appointment for my hair coloring and the stylist text me to say that she’s not sure if I booked online or if the receptionist didn’t understand me but she doesn’t have enough time to do what I want that day and will need to reschedule.
Overall just not a good experience for me with Kimber.

Holly Bernstein
Kimber is an amazing stylist. She takes her time with you to make sure she is clear on exactly what you want. She even suggested something that made my cut look even better. She also showed me how to style my hair. I needed some training on beach waves. I moved here recently and I am so glad I found her.
