The reviews for this salon don’t make sense to me, I went to get my nails done today and had ZERO issues. I did not have an appointment and they were super busy but still got to me very quickly. John did an amazing job on my nails & was extremely patient with how time consuming my design was, he kept checking in with me every step of the way. I will 100% be coming back to this salon.

This is my #1 and only nail place I will go to. I’ve been to several nail place in Waterbury, I’ve been going there for 2 years now. All of the nail tech have very good skills you show them a picture the picture will match your nails when u walk out. The best part is everything they all do is all hand design and I can go for 1 1/2 months if I can’t make it and not a nail will be broken. Try them out I bet you will leave happy and return. Very clean 🙂💅💅💅

Second time at this spot, came
In for a pedicure. They was fast to sit me but unfortunately got a rookie!! What upset me the most is he was rough with my toes/feet and cut me deeply and didn’t even say sorry!! 😡 I understand half of the staff don’t speak or understand English but it’s not hard to say sorry I cut you!! I won’t be back & definitely spread the word. Mind you the owner and other staff heard me yell & say “you cut me” when He cut me & they didn’t say anything either.

Usually I really like my nails but I learned that the product they use is mma based. They over charge for it to be mma. My last set of nails was $140. I tried removing them at home because before when I went there for a removal and clear coat it was $60. They’ve cut me several times too. I try to avoid the older lady but the younger guy cut me too this last time. They’re just too expensive for such poor service and poor quality materials. Over time mma will damage your nails. So be mindful before doing business with them. My nails are very brittle on top now sadly

I sat in that chair for a total of 4 hours because they couldn’t get a simple design done.. it still doesn’t look good ! I got over charged, 110$. Mind u, I was cut 7 TIMES & even brought in my own rhinestones PLUS the shape is bad. This was for my baby shower…
NEVER AGAIN.
