I’m never one to speak up at nail salons, but I chose to speak up at this one because the lady who did my nails did not put top coat on my left hand. I noticed, but also felt the difference between my hand that had top coat & the one that didn’t. I brought it up to the lady who did my nails and she claimed that the “ lotion “ made my nails feel that way, after I literally watched her completely skip over my left hand. After speaking up, she proceeded to just put top coat on my middle finger, completely skipping over all the other nails. The middle finger she did put top coat on, has a bump on it. Got these done 3 days ago, and as you can tell, the hand without the top coat is chipping & the hand that does have top coat has these odd spaces of white polish missing. I’ve never had an issue with gel polish before. I am completely disappointed and frustrated I paid over 50 dollars on nails that look this horrific 3 days after the fact, and this nail salon is 30 minutes away from me ! Not worth the money nor the drive.

This was the first time getting my nails done at this location and I will definitely be coming back. Vivi was so nice and I’ve never had my nails look so good after getting them done. The atmosphere was amazing and they have a multitude of options to choose from. I highly recommend.

If I could rate this place it would be a 0. I would say it needs to shut down do, clear health code violation there is no reason why tech should using the nail clippers from client to client with out a sanitizing process in place. I want to vomit 🤢. I can’t believe this place is still open. also there is no attendant, when you walk in. I also agree with the previous reviewer on how they tell you to pick a color instead of greeting you, also the techs are not trained at all in shaping and cleanup on toes.. for potential customers please be aware this what my toes look like after I paid 63 dollars for. To the owner of this location this not acceptable for any reason, please do better for clients.

The ladies who work here are friendly and I had a good experience in the salon. However, my shellac mani didn’t last a week. I went in for them to fix one nail that chipped after 4 days and two days later 4 more have chipped. I’m super disappointed in the quality. This is my second time coming.
