This was a very bad experience for me. It started off fine, with hot water and a nice scrub. But then after cutting and filing my toenails, I noticed two nails were super jagged from her cutting them weirdly. I showed her and asked her to cut them, and she proceeded to blame me, saying it’s because I don’t curl my toes down enough for her. She then fixed the nails.
During the polish, I saw her at one point water down the nail polish bottle with something, giving it less pigment .
After she finished, I noticed that several nails were noticeably missing paint on them, and my big toe was chipped from her nail cutting.
I am shocked at how bad this pedicure was. After reading previous reviews, I can tell my experience was not a fluke. See photos .

Very disappointed… beautiful place…the customer service needs work. The nail tech left spaces or was trying not to use too much product and left spaces to the point where you can see the nail bed. After seeing how bad these were I decided to not return for the pedicure I had scheduled. Also, margaritas was nasty and sugary. Male receptionist needs to find a different job. Not worth $58 plus the receptionist ASKED for a tip.

Not the Manicure I Hoped For

Had some time to spare this morning and decided to try out this salon for a classic manicure—wish I hadn’t. I wish I could have read all the recent negative reviews.

Kudos to the friendly front desk and the relaxing massage before the polish, in a clean and welcoming environment.

Things went south when I noted the uneven polish. The nail tech, initially friendly, seemed to lose patience with my feedback, and the touch-up was rough and still uneven—as you can see in my attached photos. The polish on some nails appears to be applied unevenly, with some spots near the cuticles and sides of the nails that could be cleaner. I sent the photos to my friends and they laughed lol 😂

A word to the wise: Stick to the salons you know. A smooth polish application is a must, and this time, it just wasn’t there. Hoping for better training or attention to detail in the future.

A manicure with pampering added on, I got the Stella package! Arm/neck/shoulder massage and hot stone massage, paraffin wax and good vibes! Highly recommended location for not only the services but the quality of location is pretty high! I felt like I was transported to Las Vegas or something! Definitely going to have to come back for a date with my mother soon! I wanted to go super natural and the ladies recommended a color perfect for me, they were all so nice!

I usually have been satisfied with the manicures but twice now I’ve gotten a kids mani for my kid and had it chip right away. They DID NOT put a top coat on which I believe resulted in the immediate damage. I also called within 2 hours of our appointment and was told they could not help me. I am extremely disappointed since I am a regular customer and tip well.

Spending money here comes with a warning that they do not value their customers.
