I do not recommend it for non-American people, as the treatment is completely “different”. The professional’s Instagram has impeccable work. But I threw my money in the trash on September 30, 2023, exactly 267.30. I left the room completely without dignity, hiding my hair, as they didn’t even have the grace to finish. I left with wet hair, without a brush or straightener, horrible, an indefinite copper color and COMPLETELY STAINED… as if a 2 year old child had done my hair. And marked root. There was no strand test, no hydration, and I didn’t even come out blonde as I asked and showed what my hair was like before (beautiful). If they didn’t know how or didn’t want to do it, they should have refused. They just aimed to take my money. Zero professionalism. It was very difficult to look in the mirror and deal with such humiliation.
The IMPECCABLE blonde photo is to show the difference in how my hair looks when done by a true professional. (who was the one who solved this mess of course, but for that I had to travel out of the country). How he was before that room and how he was again, thank God!
Obs. She didn’t even wait for the color to open, she did what she calls work in one hour, and in over 18 years as a blonde, I’ve never waited less than 5 hours to do my hair (I have a lot of it) always with the same color, well treated and finished.
It took me a while to post because I was only now able to recover psychologically and understand that I suffered prejudice.

This was my first time at this salon. I moved from Alex City to the area and had a friend refer me to the Salon and Hannah McDonald. I came in with an idea of what I wanted, and she made it happen. My hair feels healthier and happier. The color is just what I wanted!! Hannah was very easy to talk to and I absolutely loved seeing her! I’ve definitely found my salon!

Hannah M. is and will always be my go-to stylist! I came in for a color correction with her and told myself I would just keep doing my own hair after, but she did such a fantastic job I kept coming back! This was a couple years ago and I’ve been coming for cuts and color ever since.
Her services are affordable and timely, and I’ve never had a bad experience. She is upfront about pricing and there are no extra charges. She also did my wedding hair which turned out perfect!!!
10/10 recommend.

I really do not like to leave reviews like this but I have to share in case it helps someone else. I have had highlights put in my hair a number of times but have never had an experience as bad as this one. Here is what my hair looked like after going to Statik and asking for “blended and natural looking highlight touch up.” The original version was worse but I asked stylist to redo and this is the “improved” version I got. The process of fixing these chunky, orange colored highlights has been long, expensive, and left my hair so damaged that I had to get a pretty good amount cut. The stylist and other stylists there seemed very nice and I feel bad saying all this but I have never been more disappointed with a salon experience and want to keep others from having the same one.

I went to Audrey for a wash and blow out and it was ahhhhmazing! She did an amazing job and we even decided to do a trim and add some layers in my hair, she was so thorough, I love it! My hair looks sooo healthy! Highly recommend!
