I will never use there services again. I took myself and my teenage girls to have 2 over lays over natural nails and one full set. Short cut finger tip lengths as the have never had there nails done before. I told the lady at the front desk on the left side of salon what I wanted. One daughter 14 was sat at the front of salon of the left side. Second daughter on the same side 2 chairs away and then I was sat 4-5 chairs away from them so I could not see what was being done. The lady who did may nails. Acrylic over lay only on my natural nails got finished first with polish before I could see the whole process with my 2 girls. Teenagers at that they don’t know what to tell the nail tech. Never had there nails done before. My youngest got done first and she noticed that the tech didn’t go all the way to her cuticle with the acrylic over lay. I mentioned it and was told no worries we will fix it. I said if it was out of the scope of the work I will pay the difference. The only thing the tech did was paint her nails to the cuticle. Then my 15 year old got done. She did not have the sports cut finger tip length I asked for mind you I was being asked by the tech 4-5 chairs away on what she was suppose to be getting?? No prices of services is posted in the salon. Paid 115 plus a 17 tip which I don’t think you deserve. Watch out for this salon going in with teenagers. You will be seated separately so the parent can not see or assess what services are happening. My mother used this salon for years and years now I regret ever giving them the benefit of the doubt. Mind you my 14 year old still didn’t get what she asked for. I bit the bullet paid and left never again. They said they would make it right and still didn’t. Just used polish to cover up not using the acrylic all the way to the cuticle base. I found flaws in mine as well. Stupid me for paying for something that wasnt right. That is one me. Unless your going for a full set with tips don’t bother. 115 for acrylic over lays and a full set. Your better off finding someone whole does this from there home. Garbage absolute garbage. Never again. The red nails my 14 year old. The blue which is not the color she asked it was a baby blue again first time ever having her nails done for my 15 year old and the sparkles is me. The blue nails NOT A SPORTS CUT FINGER TIP length.

it was a roach CRAWLING on my leg and the lady tried to stomp it out on the low and then she kept filing my toes after i told her it was burning and used a dirty hot towel to place on my legs. The man that was doing my friend feet was rushing her to make up her mind on what she wanted terrible experience and never again, The lady also got made because i asked could she redo the polish on my toes because that’s not what i wanted so she started rushing to finish the new design. The tip in the french was not tipping never again.

Avoid, this place is trash. They don’t soak gel off so they just filed our nails down, making them super brittle. They also both nicked our skin multiple times while doing so. No one can understand requests – 2 separate technicians did not understand the ask (we both asked for an accent nail with stripes). Zoom in to see the horrendous quality and bubbly polish on the nude nail. Overall absolutely horrible experience- you definitely get what you pay for.

Was in town for the weekend and decided to get a pedicure. My toes were already painted and I did not want them to repaint them, but I noticed it was chipped so I asked them if they had this exact polish with a glow top because my other toes glow in the dark, they told me yes at the end of the service they said they do not have it and was not able to put the exact color on it so communication Was good but I was being lied to just so I can be serviced. My pedicure was rushed as well clean 6 out of 10 not impressed for an out of town customer . I won’t be back.

Customer service and quality is trash. The nail tech kept getting upset because I told her to make them thinner. She kept passing the filer on top, barely doing anything each time and asking me if it looks better now. So after telling her 3 times, I decided to leave. She still charged me $40. Never going back and don’t recommend.
