I am really happy to come here every time. Its been 2 years.Rupal is my favourite one.She is so nice and kind. Her facial and eye brows works are amazing. She has a years of working experience and knowledge of this field. I want to give her 10/10 star. Nice atmosphere and the owner also very nice and down to earth. I would say its a best salon in this area.

I have been a loyal customer at Star Glow in Hillsborough, NJ, for several years, but my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed. I arrived five minutes before closing time, as indicated by the sign outside, intending to get my eyebrows done. However, when I walked in, they turned off the lights and informed me that they were closed.

What made this even more frustrating was that the sign outside clearly stated they were still open. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially for a business that I’ve supported for years. It felt as though my patronage and time were not valued at all.

Consistency and reliability are key in any business, and this experience has shown me that Star Glow no longer meets these standards. I expected better customer service and a commitment to their posted hours. Regrettably, I will now be looking for a new salon to get my eyebrows done, as this incident has severely undermined my trust in Star Glow.

Got my eyebrows done with Rupal, she did an awesome job with eye brow threading. I would highly recommend her for her services. She is the best!!

Worst experience overall..
I booked appointment on Wednesday for Saturday afternoon.,They took time to figure out if I have appointment. Once started ,, haircut lady attended another customer in between. One more customer appeared for same time appointment for that she was in rush to finish up this haircut.Forget about the haircut… She did not bother to clean up properly. Never coming back here again .

Horrible Service. My daughter asked for a simple trim for prom. However, the lady cut off much more than we wanted. Not only that, it was so uneven and looked very unprofessional. I was appalled at how unsatisfying the skills were. Please never go here for a haircut unless you want to be disappointed.
