Been coming to this salon for well over 10 years. Maybe 20. Never disappoints. The techs really go out of their way to get it right.

Sue never disappoints. I absolutely adore this nail tech. I’m obsessed with her work.

Worst place ever. Had my daughter do her nail there only to have it come off during vacation we took a picture the very next day it fell off. When we came back they did the unthinkable. They just glued it. Didn’t remove the whole nail. Just glued it. Fine the next week we went back had to use Tom because Sue wasn’t there and two days later they just glued the nail. Again. A week the later they glued her nail again instead of taking the nail off. When I was there getting my nails done I thought they did the bio gel nails correctly by removing them and reducing them but I was informed that they treated it live acrylics where they just dis as a refill. Again two days later the nail came off. When I spoke to the manager Tami (at least this is what she said her name was ) I was met with resistance. She acted as if the two other times I went in she did me the favor of gluing her nail! No a professional place would actually have redone the nail. Now my daughter’s nail (real nail) is chipped. So instead of fixing this mickey mouse job they are going to charge me to redue a nail that wasn’t taking care of the first time. Stay away from this place. I have been coming here for two years now and to be treated this way. They put the blame on my daughter instead of realizing that they did the job wrong. She Insisted that we went there two weeks ago. We got our nails done on the 13th of June. On the 15th of June had to go back to get nail fixed. Instead of doing right they ended up gluing it. Again on the 22nd the nail came unhinged and this time her natural nail is damaged and they want to charge me. What a terrible way of doing business. If it was taken care of the right way when Tom did the redue we wouldn’t have to spend time and gas-to go back and forth to get it done. And they act like they are giving me a break I spend a lot of money to get our nails done.

Today experience was not good not happy with my nails looks like this gel nails are Lifting up and I just got them done today, 07/18/2024

I just got my nails gone last Thursday. My nails stays on. So far I am satisfied with their services. They did a really good job with my finger nails and toenails. So far is good no complaints.

They have good nail techs but management can be horrible. Today was the last time, I have made several appointments with them and when I come in I have wait 40+ minutes to be seen because the nail tech I had requested had been sent to another customer. A waste of time.
