Not from the area and needed to pass time. So glad my sister and I picked this place. Very accommodating and friendly. I am obese and struggle holding my leg up and without asking she just plops a block under my leg, as well as provided a pillow for beside my leg. Been getting pedicures for YEARS and never had that. 10/10 recommend.

From out of town, about 2 hours from home and needed to kill time. Highly recommend!!!! My sister and I decided last minute to get pedicures and this is the place to go!!! Beyond friendly, catered to certain needs without us having to ask. Wish I could give them 10 stars.

Went to nail shop on a Saturday late afternoon, by Sunday my nails started chipping & cracking. Went back the Thursday after to repair just to have the same thing happen 2 days later. I had them cut my nails short since the initial dipping set had chipped & broke my nails. I had medium length nails (natural). After the 2nd incident my shorter nails are even shorter b/c of the chipped powder. There were gaps between the powder & my nail which was causing most of the breakage. Go back today & told them to remove the powder bc of their mess up. Thy charged me $10 to remove. This was their mistake, neither time was any apology, took accountability or anything. They knew i had been there 3 times in 2 weeks. I’ll never go back, bad business & poor customer service. Before & after pix.

I absolutely love 5 Star! I started having them do my manicures and pedicures (sometimes full sets) about 6-7 years ago. They do such a great job! My nails always look fantastic and my feet and legs feel amazing after my pedicures. I usually get the signature pedicure because I like to get the works done on my feet and legs since I am always on my feet at work. Julie is so sweet and does a fantastic job! Over the years I’ve been going there, I’ve only had an issue with my nails twice – once I didn’t like the way one of my nails looked before I left and Julie was quick to fix it, and the other time I broke a nail 2 days after getting them done, a day before a special occasion and they got me all fixed up that same day and on my way. I moved to Arlington from Crowley 5.5 years ago, and continued driving to Crowley. I tried a couple of other mail salons closer to where I lived, but they were way overpriced, but most importantly, I wasn’t happy with how my nails turned out. They didn’t provide the amazing leg massages, or any of the little extras that 5 Star offers. I recently moved to Saginaw, and I still drive to Crowley to get my manis and pedis. Their prices are definitely comparable to other mail salons, but the services they provide are so much better, as well as their customer service!

Went for the first time today and received exceptional service (gel polish) from a young gentleman named Jaden. He was detail oriented and courteous. The pricing was fair and reasonable, just be sure to pay cash or Zelle if you want to save on a card terminal fee. The place is simple as far as aesthetically, but it met my needs.
