The staff at the nail spa were truly exceptional. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. They were attentive to our needs, offering engaging and pleasant conversation. The experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the luxurious ambiance to the impeccable services, every aspect of our visit exceeded our expectations. Whether you’re looking for a solo pampering session or a special outing with friends, this nail spa is highly recommended. We left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and with nails that looked absolutely fabulous.

Took my client to get her nails done and to get my very first pedicure! We were greeted promptly and given a moment to choose colors. I was a bit worried since my client looked stressed at first with staff and not knowing what to do HOWEVER she was then put with an amazing nail tech who spoke English well and she was very comfortable and enjoyed her time and results. I had a man do my toes and greeted me with a scarf for modesty since I was in a skirt. I was very impressed with that. The seats had massage and were comfy and clean. He spoke very little English but was able to communicate what I needed to do some verbal some non verbal. He did an amazing job. The place was clean and had other options for waxing and I lash/brow stuff. There were several older people there that are regulars that were chatting and really enjoying their time. Would definitely go back. Everyone in our party was pleased.

I visited this salon in January 2024. I did a full nail set, toe nails, and lash lift. I paid $135 (not including tip).

I was HIGHLY satisfied with how my nails and lashes turned out. The lashes last around 5 weeks. The nails for 4 weeks. The lady was detailed oriented with my nails, which I appreciated.

The customer service was great. Starting from the phone call to obtain prices to leaving the place in January.

My only issue is the SMELL. Nails salons tend to have a smell of the nail products (small but there). However, in this case, the smell is overwhelming. The moment you enter the salon, you nostrils are on fire. A burning sensation. I WOULD NOT recommend pregnant, children, elderly, or anyone with a high sense of smell to visit this salon. I do not have a high sense of smell. On the contrary, a poor sense of smell. I was contemplating on leaving the place after a few minutes. However, I was called before I made a decision.

The salon needs to find a way for better ventilation. Besides, the smell this place is GREAT.

I tried to call and complain but they didn’t answer and said don’t leave a message so here I am. I went in for a gel polish change while on vacation because I cracked 1 nail. I don’t know if the guy was new and has no clue what to do but he broke 3 more of my nails one of which he left short, that’s real attractive. My nails were strong and now they are all flimsy and sure to be breaking as soon as I get back to work next week. He just kept soaking them and making them thinner and thinner. I got no top coat so that might have helped I was in tears there with frustration as he kept going asking once why do you looks so sad? Seriously then to charge me $35 was outrageous. He was nice but inexperienced and I would recommend to question anything that doesn’t seem right with anyone here. I was just too shocked and upset to ask.

I have previously been driving more than 30 miles for nail services at a north Greenville salon. However, the pedicure at Star Nails was one of the best I’ve ever had. The nail technician (Dom) was extremely courteous and detailed. He went above and beyond with the service. I will return and bring friends. 🙂

I removed one star because my wax technician did not follow instructions although I consulted with her ahead of the service and drew a guideline. I felt that my wishes were dismissed and that was a disappointing end to what had been an exceptional experience until that point.

I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they accept Zelle for payment.

I received a Hot Stone Pedicure with a Paraffin Treatment Add-on and an
Eyebrow Wax. Spent approximately $100 after 20% tip.
