I had a pedi and also my nails done last night. I request the power dip which she applied with a brush and then she used the regular acrylic power to shape them since she was having a hard time smoothing them out . 3 of my nails look awful. I showed her and all she said was sorry since it was closing. It was already 7 pm so I just left. Yes the prices are good but I guess you get what you pay for. Never going back there again. Tools don’t look like they are being sanitized. I am sure the ladies are nice and trying to making a living but they lost me as a customer. 🙁

I read all of the reviews and because i vigilant find another place i called made a appointment went to get my nails done they have no jewls and a very limited amount of polish colors. I showed the lady a few pictures of what I wanted to have done she was rude told me they don’t have the stuff I want and went inside and I sat outside for 10 min. I had to go in the salon to get her and tell her I’ve been ready. She did my nails so ugly I took them off 2 days later. I do not suggest this salon. You will regret it if you end up having your nails done by the lady who did mine.

2017-UNHAPPY & UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE HERE W/MY TEENAGER. An older lady did the acrylic nail service for my daughter. Not only was her cuticle cut and SHE BLED, it was rinsed off and the service was continued WHICH IS NOT PROTOCOL. I just completed school to become a Nail Technician, so I KNOW THE BLOOD EXPOSURE procedure. When my daughter told me after we walked out that she was not happy with the way they looked, I explained to her as a teen that because she paid for something that was mediocre-she needed to go back in and tell them EXACTLY what was wrong and give them the opportunity to fix it.

When she told the main lady who spoke English that her nails were different sizes and lengths-she was told to wait. They didn’t know that I understood the particular language they spoke and they were NOT NICE in the conversation they had about the complaint OR US. They were filed down some and repainted. This was an experience for my daughter that if and when you do not get what you pay for, YOU DO NOT PATRONIZE THE BUSINESS AGAIN.

I watched client, after client come in and the pedicure basin was ONLY SPRAYED and rinsed out, when it is supposed to have a diluted solution put in and SIT for NO LESS THAN 10 minutes. More people need to RESEARCH the basic disinfection procedures of a Nail Salon, since the virus OR bacteria that causes fungus’ or infections can come from ANY IMPLEMENT USED, in addition to the foot basin your feet are soaking in.

WHEN IS THE LAST TIME YOU’VE SEEN A NAIL TECH SOAK THEIR NIPPERS, NAIL CLIPPERS OR CUTICLE PUSHERS in a liquid for any length of time before performing another service on a new client????????
