I have been going to Victor and Carolyn for many years for nails. Star Nails is wonderful! They are the kindest and most hard-working people I have had the pleasure of knowing. I am amazed at the excellent quality and the gentle care they take when doing my nails and toes. I wouldn’t go any place else!

I just want to say thank you. You all were amazing walking in on a busy day is not always easy. You made me feel welcome and wanted as a customer. I finally was able to treat myself to my nails and toes being done after a long time. I love my nails and will be back.

2 that being said they said 50 for a gel set I did have a minimal design and yes ended up using 3 colors due to having a off
Pink base coat but still 75 plus tip (gave the lady 5 bucks) was a little much 60 maybe even 65 maybe but 25 more bucks for a pretty simple design too me was a lot

3 for taking 2 hours she didn’t pay that much attention to detail as I would have liked o had to fix the eveness of 2 nails at home and to pay overal 80 bucks I shouldn’t have had to

Due to this though and it being a bit overpriced for them not even doing that much more or that great of a job in that much time id say o wouldn’t really go there again unless it was last minute and it was something more simple or just a regular pedicure.

It’s very unfortunate that I have to leave a review like this. I’ve been to this salon in total of 4 times. The last time I went was my sign to NEVER come back. I starting going to them because they work fast and have good prices. Each time I went however was I noticing they argue with at least one customer over minuscule things. First time they argued with a customer because she didn’t like that they were ripping her acrylic off with nail clippers instead of soaking them. Second time they argued with a customer because she was late 5-10 minutes even though she was being very apologetic they were attacking her over it but still took her to do her nails. Third time I went the argued with me because I asked them to please fix one of my nails that was uneven to the others. The LAST time I went I asked for my usual and a pedicure, she went back and forth with me telling me they don’t do my service, I told her I had been there before and she herself had done it on me no problem. i told them I could go somewhere else but they still wanted to take me. During my appointment I can hear them planning to upcharge me on anything they could( THEY HAVE NEVER DONE THAT BEFORE) come time for the bill, it’s way higher than normal, not including the pedicure. I let them know that this is odd but it’s fine I’ll pay the total of $108. They try to make excuses and I told them no I’ve had this exact service before and not with this price. I let them know that I would not be coming back. I didn’t tip and left. Now that I check my bank account I see that they put a tip THEMSELVES of $6 making it come in my statement $114. Very very unfortunate and unsettling that they have the entitlement and audacity to do that. They can keep the $6 if they needed it that bad. On top of that I’m not sure if they clean their tools and the man was pushing back my cuticles with his yellow, long, uncut, jagged, nails. So if you do decide to come here good luck 👍🏽

My granddaughter & I wanted to get our nails done after she got out of work on a Friday night of a holiday weekend. Totally spaced on needing this beforehand. These people were so accommodating and kind. And they never made us feel like they were annoyed or angry at all. And on top of all that, they did a great job! Never hurt either one of us and the nails are beautiful!! I can’t recommend them highly enough. If I could, I would give them 10 stars!!!!
