Always makes me wait over 30 mins for my eyebrows. Don’t recommend coming here

My nails look fantastic but it was a 2.5 hour wait. I’d suggest going during the week and not on a weekend. It was my first time there so maybe wait times like this aren’t the norm.

If I felt the need to write a review obviously my experience is really bad I have been going to this salon for 2 years on and I felt I could not keep feeling unwelcome at a place I go to cater myself. I express myself artistically with my nails long and styled and was told I’m too picky and my service take too long I decided to defend myself after 2 years of feeling disrespected and confronted in a mature way by chatting with her while getting my eyebrows waxed (which she messed up btw)and she told me that nobody likes to see me there (which I felt everytime I stepped in) because they don’t like doing my nails and I’m too picky and they can’t please everyone so if I want I can go somewhere else, like what kind of customer service is that they have horrible energy and no love for their work they do not deserve our money and I do not deserve to feel like this in a “professional setting” with “professional people”

Worst customer service ever, they don’t communicate with you they let you seat there for hours and say nothing.. they tell you to take cash out bc they don’t do cards for eyebrows. You make appointments and you still have to wait an hour or two and they look at you like you ain’t ish.. I will never go there again.. that’s why they’re down to two ppl the owner and one female.. those who like their skills better ask for their other location bc I see that place closing soon.

I have been coming here with my fiancé for many years for us to get our eyebrows done. The owners knew us and asked about how our family is every time they saw, and it was great. Then one day, we bring our infant with us to get our eyebrows done before a vacation and we had no childcare available so we decided to take her and planned on it taking about an hour including the wait. We arrived at 6:30pm and the lady that does the eyebrows saw and acknowledged our presence. There were 2 ladies in front of us.
Another comes in around 7 and sits down so she would have been after us.
We wait for 2 hours, which is insane, and when it was supposed to be our turn next, she turns to the lady that walked in after us to get her done. I immediately get out of my seat to confront her why she let someone go before us especially with a crying infant with us. She claimed we came after her and I insisted that’s not true, and the girl didn’t even have the courtesy to agree with me either. The woman wouldn’t even make eye contact with me when telling me I have to wait since we “came in so late”. We got extremely angry for such a long wait with someone we wanted to provide our loyal services to, only to be treated this way. We wasted our night completely, and still had to find a place to get our eyebrows done at almost 9pm. Not only will I recommend everyone I know to never go back, but I am reposting this 1 star review (this place doesn’t even deserve 1 star) and if they delete this review again I will just keep posting it.

This place is never worth the wait. STAY AWAY FROM STAR NAIL SALON.
