Best experience EVER! Sean took time to look at the photos of hairstyles I had in mind. He looked at my favorites I had marked, while looking at all that were on the pages I brought. He listened to the vision I had for the outcome of my style, then together we discussed what would work best among my style choices and how to accomplish it. He even discussed how the care of the style would be after the cut BEFORE he started cutting. I absolutely loved that aspect of this appointment. Another unexpected perk…the free mini facial. I could have opted for a hand and arm massage instead, but selected the facial instead…and it was GREAT! And all this was at the most reasonable price! Sean… you’re the best! I’ll be back to have you do my hair again and again! Thank you for helping me look and feel great for my upcoming vacation. (Posting before & after photos to see the BIG change.)

Got a haircut by Dani and it was magnificent. I just told her I don’t style my hair and just wake up and go, short on the sides, don’t poke my eyes from the top, and I loved it. I rarely love my haircuts.

Her scalp massage was great! Loved it. And all the extras like face moisturizer, hot face towel.

After living in Minneapolis, Detroit, and Chicago I was looking for a local salon that still had high end big city vibes and I found it at Square One. Everything about this place feels luxe. The service is incredible, the stylists are talented, and place always smells like a spa because of the Aveda products. I see Ydalis and could not love her more. 10/10 would recommend.

I just moved to Columbus not too long ago and this was the first spa that I’ve went to for a pedicure and manicure. Love is an amazing tech and I would love to visit her again.

However, I will not be back unfortunately. Aryn’s chair was in the way when I was trying to sit down at Loves station to get my manicure and her purse was in the chair that I moved. She quickly snatched her purse from that chair, jokingly trying to accuse me of stealing something out of her purse.

Considering that my balance plus tip was $110 that I was able to pay comfortably, I can assure you that there is nothing I need to steal from her or anyone for that matter.
