Today was my first time here, the service was okay. I didn’t expect a hug walking in but a kinder greeting would’ve been nice. I waited 15 min to get a full set done. On the site it says $52 but the up charges had me out the door at $64 -_-. My nails are acrylic, solid color. I asked for almond nails initially and was told that was an up charge so I switched to square , then my length was an up charge too. The length is not outrageously long so I was surprised but I wasn’t going to go shorter to save $5. So 52 + 5 = $57 . How did I just pay $64 plus tip and my nails weren’t square either . The sides of each nail were higher on all my nails kinda like a U shape so I came home and filed them to actual squares. I didn’t say this at the salon because I didn’t want another up charge. Also my index finger is shorter than the rest of the nails. The fills are $45 with my experience probably $55 which is almost the same cost as the full set?! The place is nicely decorated and offer drinks which is cool but isn’t going to make up for the overall experience. In all I won’t be coming back.

The little girl (5yo maybe?) who checked me out was the best experience in that place.

Photo attached is after I filed the U shape nails down. You can tell the top sides of the nails were filed as the green polish is missing.

If I could give 10 starts I would!
My sister got her nails done at SpaRenity in kyle and not only were her nails done horribly but she got mistreated .. we came here for help to get them fixed & JENNY did an AMAZING job. She was super helpful, super sweet and made my sister feel special. Thank you Jenny for helping and for giving us such an amazing experience at Square Nails! We will be coming back here for sure after this amazing experience!

I have visited Square Nails – Kyle twice now, both times as a walk-in.
My first visit I was extremely happy with how the nails came out, but the overall experience and atmosphere was meh.
The place smells like cigarettes. There’s a cute bar but didn’t see ANYONE with any drinks.
I came back hoping that maybe I just hit them on an off day, and since I was happy with the actual outcome of my nails I gave them another chance…

My second visit will be my last. It started with getting the tech who goes out to smoke a cigarette during every client. Wow how relaxing and luxurious! They seated me IMMEDIATELY after another guest. Right into a nice warm chair… I understand being busy, but I’d rather wait 5 more minutes for a station to be wiped down. There was nail dust residue all over the chair and station. Drill bits were dirty. Nail files were previously used. Just felt extremely unsanitary and uncomfortable. The tech I had was way more interested in what was playing on the TV rather than my own nails. He cut me a few times with the DIRTY drill bits. He did not ask what shape or length I wanted for my nails. The acrylic is so thin, bumpy, lumpy, and just poorly done. When I go to a cute nail salon I want a luxurious relaxing experience.

I did attempt to contact Square Nails before posting this review but was met with no response.

The guy tried to rip my nail off without using a soak off. he tried to pull the glued nail off from my very thin nail beds. It hurt incredibly bad. I ended up walking out I could not believe how unprofessional they are. Who tries to remove nail tips without soaking them off first?

Miley and Daisy were great! We got 2 pedicures and felt very relaxed. They were both very sweet. We were walk ins so we had a 10 min wait and was greeted when arrived . Definitely coming back 🤍
