Overpriced – paid $75 for dip manicure on short nails….$40 for “deluxe” pedicure that felt rushed and had to ask to redo a few. Jagged toenails and thick dip on short nails with some flooding in my cuticles. I’ve heard they have good nail techs, just make sure you know who you’re getting. I’m from out of town and was shocked the prices I was charged after the service. I would ask up front what they charge, it seemed like the tech made up the price as he went and just decided to charge me $75 for my manicure…. So weird! Maybe that’s a Nashville vs Los Angeles thing?

I didn’t get what I asked for. The color I showed wasn’t the color I got and the shape wasn’t too bad but again, it wasn’t the shape I asked for. He started applying the polish, got it all over my skin and had to go home and scrape off as much as I could. Please ladies, safe your money and go to a private nail girl, they’re cleaner/sanitary, actually love their job and you will get what you asked for or better.

If I could give them less than 1 star, I would! There were so many things that were wrong here! In my experience I believe they are extremely UNCLEAN!!!!! I watched two of the ladies taking the trays that people were soaking the nails off in and pour the water into the canister and simply wipe them out with a towel and then put them back out for use. They did not clean those trays! Also let me not go without saying that they are saying that they were extremely rude! I came in and I was asked what was I getting done today. I stated the services that I wanted and she told me 25 mins. I then told her that I booked online, then she said well you should have started with that before you told me what you were getting. She told me what basket to pull from seeing as though I wanted Gel Polish. I picked a color and then she said no that’s dip and what basket did you pull from. I pointed to the basket that she told to use and then she aww well someone put that in wrong. I said well do you have polish comparable to this dip color she said no. I then get to the back of the salon for her to start on my nails. Which everyone is sitting so close to one another. She put the tips on my nails and asked if I liked them I told her yes but that she put two nail on crooked. She said I’ll fix later and then proceeded to lay the acrylic which was very poor Quality and it began to heat up very quickly!!!! After laying the acrylic she asked if the crooked nail looked better and I said no. She laughed and continued on with no regard of fixing them. She literally did my very quickly and had no concern if the work was neat. Also the polish was so diluted that she had to consistently going over it to get the polish to be visible. I would never go back and pay $85 for such poor service!

Nice place, little hidden from road. You would not find it if you just driving by looking if you find some nail place open on Memorial Day. I find it thank to beloved Google maps app and it was open. Many other places didn’t even pick up phone. Well I understand, it’s Memorial Day and most of us care about Grill, lake/pool, and fun outdoor. Back to this place. Great set up inside. Place is small but thanks to great design it fits quite bit of pedicure chairs and nail bar design is pretty smart too. Place was packed (literally) as others places were not open but I didn’t have to wait longer than 5-6 minutes. (I was little worried at beginning as I enter inside and see soo many people).
Service was great, had only basic pedicure with nail buffing (did not have much time to spend). I like how it was done. Paid $30 + left tip. There is lot of those nail places that I have visited ones and never came back simply because they didn’t do good job. To Spring Nails I have to say exactly opposite. I will be back!!!
Didn’t take much photos of inside as there was really a lots of people and didn’t wanted to have anyone to feel uncomfortable. Hoping next time. I truly like their design that makes one feel like “Yes, this is 21st century nail place.”

They charged us more than the prices from their online website. They charged $90 for French tip acrylic nails that looked awful. Wish I could get a refund. Would not recommend.
