Customer Reviews:
I called yesterday to get a color change on my nails. Ryan answered and told me he’s closed on Tuesdays, I should call back tomorrow. I called at noon today and he said if I can come now, they can take care of me. I got there 20 minutes later. He had a new lady working on my nails while he took 2 walk-ins. The new lady did a terrible job. I had polish on my skin, the polish was rough and wavy, she cut the nails very short after telling her I didn’t want them trimmed very much. I showed Ryan the job she did and he became very rude. He said everyone has different techniques and that I shouldn’t have waited until the last minute to come in. (I’m leaving for vacation in a couple of days) He said today is her first day and he’s never seen her do nails. He did eventually say he would fix them but not today he’s to busy. He charged me $25. I told him that I shouldn’t have to pay full price for such lousy work. He said “someone has to pay her”. I left there and went to another nail salon in town where I saw another lady who was just at Sport Cut Nails at the same time as me. (Guess she wasn’t happy either) I see him commenting on other people’s reviews saying he doesn’t need their business. Guess he doesn’t need mine either.
