I’ve been going here for a few years now and haven’t had too many bad experiences. Today was just ridiculous. We had appointments at 9:30 for a fill and pedicure, they didn’t get to there until about 9:40. I understand they come from Des Moines, but this isn’t the first time I’ve had to wait on them to get there. There were 4 other people besides us who had appointments. Then people walked in after us and had appointments. When the lady working on my nails (Mia) realized the time and all the people coming for appointments she started rushing through my nails. She nicked me with the electric file multiple times and then told me to relax when I jumped.

The design I got was simple and looks like a child did it, I asked her to make it look better and got an eye roll, they still don’t look professional. I had a bubble in a nail and when I asked her to fix it she acted like it was an inconvenience. I found another bubble after I got home and I’m so annoyed with them I don’t even want to go back and try to get them to fix it. The lady that did my toes did a great job, but I didn’t get her name.

My friend’s nails were still wet when she (Mia) put the clear coat on and they smudged. Definitely very disappointed!

I’ve never had an issue with Tao or Cindy, but because of this I won’t be returning.

Mia was so amazing. She was so sweet and nice. She got me and my two girls in on short notice. The shop was very clean and beautifully set up. And I absolutely love my nails and so do my girls. We are so excited for our next appointment

My son and I went here, we will not go back. To start the experience they laughed at my son because he wanted his toes painted purple. When they used the Callus remover on his feet they rubbed one foot raw. My polish lasted a max of 4 hours. But to be fair it is canning season and I was washing a lot of veggies that night. There was little to no inter action with the person doing the manicure or pedicure.

Was able to do a walk in & they had time. Sadly my mother in law & I went in just for a basic mani, pedi with polish. They gave us gel polish which we didn’t want but that seemed to be all they had to offer for nail polish. Got them Saturday by the next Saturday I had some hell fall off.

So I went in last Thursday March 23rd and got my nails filled.I got a cat eye done. Friday one of my nails chipped and again on Saturday. So I was going to go back in and have them fixed. Now that it is Monday yet another nail chipped. I asked for them to be fixed and the lady said no at first. But then stated that she would after talking it over with another lady. She messed up my nails even more and was just going to paint over them. When I spoke up about it she asked what I wanted her to do because the guy that did my nails on Thursday doesn’t work there anymore and was just there to help fill in. So I asked for a refund and she once again said no I will not give you a refund. I told her to do what she needed to do to fix my nails and that I would not be back. She did a horrible job. The cat eye design isn’t centered like it was before. I have black nail polish on my skin. It is just horrible. I was charged $53 for a fill on Thursday and 4 days after getting them done I had to get them fixed
This was only my second time going to this salon as I am new to the area. The first time I was there they did such a good job. Heck to be honest the guy did a great job on Thursday but they started chipping. But now they look horrible. I would not recommend going to this place. The lady was rude with me and cut me a few times as well. There are also hairs on a few of my nails. When I brought up how bad my nails were starting to look and just said I will try to fix it. Which she clearly did not do. When I asked for a refund again so I could take my business elsewhere for them to be done correctly she raised her voice at me and said no refund. This is not how you treat customers. Not good customer service at all. Not satisfied with my nails at all.
