I went to Helen for the first time 6 weeks ago for a fill. I haven’t been able to come back for a fill bc of my crazy work schedule. So I went 6 weeks without a fill! I did not loose 1 nail! I am hard on my nails and I usually loose 1 if I wait more than 3 weeks to get a fill. They were not even loose and didn’t even lift at all! She is amazing! She takes her time and shapes them perfectly! I highly recommend her! Everyone there is very nice and they all do a nice job but I’m picky so I like to stick with the same person!

I had a really nice older man in Chair 9 do my nails and he was very sweet but my nails looks frumpy and dumpy I got gel on my nails and regular polish on my toes. I’m gonna add a picture of the inspo I wanted that but a lil shorter he tried his best but not worth $85 after he was done filing he didn’t even ask me to watch my hands and I originally showed them a picture of the inspo they said it was going to be $75 and then I showed them the picture closer they changed the price to 85 because it’s a deeper French even though the original picture was the same picture that I showed them the first time, but he was doing it incorrectly, so I zoomed in to show him that this was the right way to do it. This is the way I wanted it to look and then that’s when they changed it to $85

Overall the atmosphere was beautiful and the staff are friendly. I had a picture to go off of to get these done and all I had asked for was a fill. I was very pleased up until I was told the total for a fill with gel polish. I have never been to a nail salon and gotten a fill for $51. I know that I had some designs but usually a fill starts at $25 most other places and to get gel it’s an extra $5. It was a bit upsetting to find out it was that much.

I’ve been contemplating for a few days now whether to post this review. I went there for the first time for a Mani/Pedi last Wednesday. While cutting my cuticles, the lady cut my fingers in multiple places, but my pinky finger bled the entire rest of the duration of the manicure, AND during my whole pedicure afterwards since it was such a deep slice. The lady who did it just said that it is “just a pinch”, and the poor gentleman who finished my nails apologized multiple times on her behalf, since I got no apology from her. Also, my nails chipped that Friday (just two days after getting the gel manicure). See attached pictures of paint chips and leftover blood/scabbing. I moved here from out-of-state last summer, and have yet to find a new salon that works for me. It’s just a little discouraging. At least Anna did a lovely job with my pedicure. I have no complaints with her!

i love my nails so much. amazing and quick experience, she was very nice and the french looks amazing! definitely coming back and 100% recommend amazing service . no waiting and they do an awesome job. 100% coming back!
