Facial with Celina. Best facial I’ve had. Very educated about skin and used product’s. Great massage for neck and shoulders and arms. I’ll be seeing Celina again. The spa is very relaxing.

The employees generally do a good job so the services you get are good. The actual facilities are getting a bit run down (my locker had chipped shelving and the faucet of the shower they use for the sugar scrub popped off and landed on the bed with me). The bed you lay on for the full body sugar scrub is also uncomfortable, there is a bump where your feet hit weirdly at the end depending on how tall/short you are.

The place itself is clean and relaxing. The front receptionist is a hit or miss. I had a facial here and the esthetician ran late. I’ve managed a spa before plus had the service before. She cut big steps to keep her self on try for the next client. The vibe that I get is if you don’t dress a certain way to their standards they’ll think that you’re less of a customer. Sally the massage therapist is amazing 😍 she will go deep tissue on you for sure she’s 5 stars. Nail technicians are nice and listen for the needs and do a good job.

So strange! I received a gift certificate but I had a hard time using it. I tried to book a package that they emailed to me but they wouldn’t let me because gift certificates may not be used for their specials. Be warned, gift certificates here do not equal money, my advice is DO NOT buy a gift certificate, instead, give your loved one cash. Less romantic, but easier to use.

I ended up booking a scrub and a mini facial. It was hard to book because I don’t know much about these things and because there are apparently options not all listed on the website. The other strange thing was that they had to call me a few days later with available times. All the employees were new, but all were pleasant. I liked the mini facial. The place itself is pleasant.
