This used to be my favorite nail salon a few years back before I moved out of the area. My nails always looked amazing after a visit. I just moved back so I was excited to use this nail salon again, however, my experience was quite disappointing.

My nail tech was distracted by other customers and another nail tech the entire time. My nail shape was crooked on some nails and I asked her to fix it but she also ended up filing the skin on my pinky with the electric filet and laughed about it with the other nail tech instead of apologizing.

The gel nail polish I chose must have been close to the end or old because the coating on my nails is uneven and she polished all over my cuticles. She also kept hurting me when filing my nails with the regular file and got the acrylic all over my hands. It took me about 5 minutes to wash my hands because I was trying to brush off all the pieces on my fingers and hands. I don’t like to complain and I didn’t have time to ask her to fix it so I just left. Photos provided.

My third time visited this place and I tried the dipping nails this time instead of gel and I love it. Last longer and looks nicer. It’s been a week already and still looking good. Love it , thank you Lina

Staff was attentive and kind. They seemed to really want to create a relaxing and enjoyable time for customers. My nails as well as others around that I noticed looked great.

The prices are cheap for a reason. Horrible quality. I paid $15 extra on ($37 total for just gel manicure) to get gel polish for my nails and they already chipped. It’s only been 4 days. I always get gel polish and never worry about chipping but this place uses cheap tools and even with the low cost it should be lower for the quality of job they do.

Would NOT recommend Manicures

Pedicure is okay. I got regular polish and that hasn’t chipped. They rushed the pedicure though. No attention to detail. Half butt job.

This was my first and last time at this nail salon.
