My service was stopped to assist a YT women. The technician pushed me off to a pedicure in the middle of completing my full set. This was my first time at this establishment and I did express that to them. I also understand having favorites in terms of high tippers. Spa nails how would you know if I would have became a loyal customers. The treatment was cringy and needless to say I will not be back.

i went here yesterday and they were very rude. nobody seemed to understand or comprehend what I was saying. I asked for a regular polish change on my toes and a gel manicure/polish on my nails.

asked the person who was doing my toes if she was the one doing my nails due to me wanting a specific design. She didn’t understand English which was fine another worker came over and understood and was rude and stated they don’t do it. When I got it off there review photos. I asked if there was someone who could and he said every one was busy. The correct thing would have been is to say it may be a longer wait but we can do it. rude. wont come here again. This is abt my 4th time here and will be my last! they do my toes great but they service and how they treat there customers is very rude.

Only got my toes polished here they were $16
