Anybody complaining about their service must be going through something! I’ve been coming here for years now and this is the only nail salon that I can count on for what I want! Pricing is reasonable considering my suggestions & my pedicure always turns out amazing transforming my hands and feet! Phila is professional and understanding! Ask for who you want & you shall receive! I love the spa for my self care station!

I asked for the deluxe pedicure which has a scrub, mask, paraffin wax, and a hot stone massage. This pedicure was completed in less than 30 min. I did not get the hot stone massage because the rocks were too hot for the lady to hold, so instead of rubbing my legs she rubbed some lotion in and then began painting my nails….(I got one coat of the polish) I came here to get my feet rubbed! Anyways, not that I mind talking to other people but maybe if you focused more on your clients and stay off your phone you could actually do what you’re being paid to do. Regardless, I’m not coming back. I paid over 70$ for nail polish and my eyebrows waxed…which my eyebrows did turn out good, so there’s that. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you’re desperate.

I had a great experience here. This place has a lot of bad reviews and it deterred me from going once then I decided to give it a shot and I’m glad I did. Tianna did a great job with my nails.

Absolutely Horrible!, I asked for a dip fill ( not even two weeks after a full set so they wernt old) and he filed my nails like normal, then just started ripping off the tips, ruining my natural nail and being painful and I told him to stop and he said mine were to old and he’d still charge me for a fill, almost zero prep, then he tried using acrylic and told me I couldn’t do dip because it doesn’t last as long. Once he decided to dip like I wanted, he started with the wrong color and once I noticed, he told me I couldn’t go back now even though we’d only done one nail because then we’d have to start all over. The shaping was horrible and then he went to the back and they charged me more than a full set was on their price menu.I left and went to Walmart to get some sparkly nail polish to cover up the horrible color then The next day the base on two of nails broke off. Horrible experience
