The team at skin+act spa&Equipment were tremendous at helping me out and getting my spa (Tattoo table) table Ordered with no problem and shipped to my tattoo shop With ease, and shipped to me in a very timely mannered shipping date from the time I ordered it With ease. I also ran into a situation where one of my clients snagged the cord that’s attached to the remote, and it ended up ripping The plug out from the chair and broke the little metal piece on the tip of the plug and they got me a new controller right away and shipped out to me With a quickness. Being able to call and talk to someone made it very simple and got my new part Ordered in super sonic speed And I can’t express how much I appreciate the help and the simplicity of being able to order my new remote And I love the fact that I can talk to someone in person about what I need. There’s not enough places doing that these days so if you’re looking for a tattoo chair, I highly recommend the Bents Electric medical spa treatment table. With the exception of the remote, breaking due to my client, this has been the best chair that I’ve been able to find on the market with every feature I need to help me do my job at the best of my ability.. Thank you skin+act spa&equipment For being there and helping me out with solving all my problems

I’m a new business owner and saw that their prices were reasonable but I guess you get what you pay for. First let’s start with the delivery. It’s delivered on a pallet, that they were just going to drop off in my driveway. Set up better arrangements with the delivery companies so they’re not leaving 1200 dollars worth of equipment in an open driveway. When I started to un-box everything I first noticed that one of my trays for my trolley was shattered. The other was fine. Then, they didn’t send my free gift for a 1200 dollar order. After I bought it to their attention they told me that they would fix the issue. It’s been over a month and nothing. The wheels on the trolley are somehow bent to where it’s almost leaning forward. The instructions were hideous. The steamer takes 10 mins to even start to work. The beds hard as a rock. I’d give them a -0 out of 10 for customer service and 4/10 for equipment. The 2 star rating was me being nice

He proved to be very professional and patient in responding to the many questions I had and provided me links to provide additional information pertaining to certain questions posed.
