The ladies were super nice at our visit at Wind Creek. We were a little caught off guard when a voucher the spa gave us told us they would accommodate both my mom and I before we came and then the spa refused to honor us both with the voucher.. only reason we decided to come check it out. However, the front desk resolved it. Miscommunication for sure but it’s new- trial and error. The spa is definitely beautiful. The decor & the little touches are a bonus for sure! It’s pricy.. but it was worth the visit.

Lovely spa! Not crowded at all and perfect for a friend’s birthday. My nail tech for my hot stone pedicure was great (I think her name was Erin?) and she even was willing to remove my gel manicure when I said I couldn’t get to my regular nail tech. I’d come back!

It is a beautiful place, but the food was not good, basically throughout the entire resort. There was no room service either, which was a bummer. We did win a little money at the casino.

Love the casino and all other amenities thought to try the spa, the worst spa I have ever been too. Subpar is the best word. Don’t do the scalp massage. It ruins your hair if you have professional dye in it. Masseuse was coughing during session. Was not worth the money for the service that was provided.

Amazing! Everything is beautiful ,staff is attentive friendly and welcoming. Towels were well stocked and it was great to see staff cleaning and disinfecting regularly. My facial was superb and absolutely everything in the lounge area was unique, relaxing and well thought out for guest comfort.
