Jenny and team made my day after I was turned away rudely at another salon that same day. They greeted me and swiftly got started on my nails! It felt so nice to be treated nicely and like a customer. Jenny did an amazing job on my nails. I just moved to the area so I was worried about finding a new salon to go to, but now I am super happy to have found this place. Thank you Jenny and team!

It’s always a pleasure doing my nails at 1# Spa Nails located in Owings Mills. The staff is kind and accommodating, the business is always clean and calming. I’ve been coming here for more than 10yrs. I love it here. My favorites are Gina, Mindy and Tracy.

Everyone was very nice the place was very clean and inviting. I asked for square nails and they look terrible and rushed. They look so thick and bubble like. She asked me so many times about me wanting to get my eye brows done, I kept saying no Thank you. Then she asked me, did I want to get my brows tattooed. Again,I said no and she kept asking why not. I never asked for that service and I stated no multiple of times. My nails look so bad

I will be rating this a 1 star. The young lady did my toes crooked and sloppy. I asked for another lady to redo them. The young lady was throwing things on her phone and impatient. I told the manager, she said “tell her to fix them” but she caught an attitude. I will not be going back.

This place actually takes the time to cater to you and won’t rush you like the other nail shops. Mikaylah was excellent! She did my pedicure and full set acrylic ($114) She has a tender touch. Great if you have sensitive skin or are ticklish.
