I will not be returning I went in for a hair consultation showed them what I wanted and they told me they could do it. Went in for my appointment and they did three different things on my hair and when I left my hair color was the exact same as it was when I went in and when I said something about it they said it should of been done a completely different way and that I could reschedule and and told me it would be over $100 more than what I was originally quoted. The girl that did my hair was more worried about her flowers she got sent for Valentine’s Day and sitting in the back talking to her friends than she was about the client. I have never been somewhere where the stylist barely talks to the client at all. I was so hoping to love this place but was severely disappointed

I absolutley love Southern Roots!! The entire salon is very nice and super friendly. The vibe is always cheerful and other customers always seem to be happy with their service. The salon is always super clean and trendy. My daughter just happens to be my favorite stylist Ashtyn. I have recommended several people to have a visit in her chair and everyone always reports back with very pleasing comments and results, from mens cut to highlights or extensions. Always looking forward to my next visit with her!
