Had a horrible experience at Sophia Nail and Spa. We always pay $10 for my granddaughter’s just paint on toes that will come off the minute she takes a shower tonight. Today we had to pay $25 because she wanted to soak her feet in the water while I get my pedicure. ????? Supposedly since she wanted to soak her feet the blue cover that goes on the tank is $15. So for this plastic cover and just polish we paid $25. That is crazy. On top of that the owner was yelling at me and made my granddaughter cry and feel like she needed to video him yelling at me.

I went to Lux first and they jacked it up so bad. I then came to sofias and they did such a good job!! They were so incredibly kind, and my nails look amazing. I will absolutely be coming back!

Absolutely horrible experience. Here is the inspiration photo vs. the reality photo. When my daughter told them she was unhappy, he basically told her, Oh well, we won’t change them. She called me crying because she was so upset so I called the salon and I was told the same thing. After several minutes of back and forth, he said she could come back the next day and all he would fix is the flower but nothing else. He also said some pretty nasty things about the fact that she is in college and needs to take care of this herself because she is an adult. Above everything else, that was the most uncalled for load of crud! She did speak up for herself and was completely shot down and embarrassed by the owner.
