I came here a lot in the past (around 2020) but had tried finding somewhere closer to home. I’ve visited a lot of places closer to me, but this is well worth the drive. The atmosphere here is so relaxing and calm, everyone is so professional, and everyone who has ever worked on me had quality techniques that helped my many issues (I’ve got a laundry list of back issues, plus major muscle tension). However, after having Shay work on my back tonight I decided to renew my membership so I could come to her once a month because she is the first person who took my “deep pressure” request and ran with it. I did have to tap out at one point because I had a knot that was particularly sensitive – but she listened and adjusted accordingly and by the end all my tension was released! Highly, highly recommend!

I’ve been a customer here for 3 years and have had nothing but great experiences at a very reasonable price. Also, Johanan is an incredible massage therapist. I recently moved and will miss his skills greatly.

I booked an appointment online for an open morning appointment. I got a call as I was getting ready to leave my house on my way to the appointment that the system double booked that time and that someone else had been booked in that slot for 3 weeks. I told them not to reschedule me and they did so anyway couple days later. I tried twice to cancel the appointment. And now they will likely charge my card because I can’t get a hold of them. I tried calling immediately after I hung up with them and no one answered the phone because I knew they scheduled me when I asked them not to. On the confirmation email, I tried to see where there was a cancellation option and there wasn’t. The business practices are not great. The massages are okay and the float pool is cool but the customer service and business practices totally diminished the output of the product. Not planning on going back here and would not recommend.

My time here at Soleus was absolutely phenomenal. This has been by far the most positive and pleasant work environment I’ve ever experienced, and full of friendly and kind staff. The massage therapist is here are so talented and so wonderful as well as the lovely ladies running the reception. 10/10 would work here again. I’ll be returning for some relaxing massages soon and to experience that awesome float pool. The owner is beyond kind and thoughtful and honestly this business as a whole is just the best in the area. Thank you all for a wonderful opportunity and a wonderful time.
