Poor experience. Completely empty when we walked in for manicures and were not greeted, should have been a sign to turn around and go elsewhere. Extremely dirty… empty fast food bags/cups with dirty napkins lying around. Piles of nail polish in the corner just on the floor. Boxes and clutter all around. Disgusting to say the least and makes you question if their tools are even sanitary. Had a guy start my nails, said he would be right back and went to answer the phone, then went to the bathroom and had obviously not washed his hands. He looked around then went back to the sink to finally wash them. He then took a seat in one of the pedicure/massage chairs and was on his phone. All the while, I was still waiting for him to continue working on my nails. He never came back to finish them and another worker came over to paint my nails after finishing up with a friend I was with. Extremely unprofessional employees and atmosphere. I don’t know how they are still open, especially after looking at the rest of their reviews😂 Will not be coming back!

Don’t waste your time or money! Technicians are rude, salon is dirty. My Pedicure was marginal. A lady walked in to have 2 nails trimmed and touched up and the charge was $25.00. The client said kindly, no thank you and left. The technicians cackled and mocked her after she walked out. Very uncomfortable atmosphere!

This place is a joke!… I waited 40-minutes after arriving on time for a scheduled appointment. I walked out without any treatment and their response was .. “You were late”. They didn’t seem to care about the lost business. This place deserves zero stars.

Ha was incredibly rude she made many little comments that I just kind of ignored . I asked if she knew about ingrown nails she said “I’m not a doctor go to your doctor” I thought no big deal . Kind of chuckled inside. Then I accidentally touched two nails together and she said “too bad” when I apologized scolded me said “told you to be careful” high she didn’t btw so again it was a bit humorous and finally I asked her name and if she was the owner? She replied “why you want to work here” I explained that she’s rude and lacks customer service skills her reply was “we do nails not customer service” to which I said what a shame I literally went “wow” she said to me “you live a sad life” lol . I don’t think I have ever experienced that . I’ve been in the service industry pretty much my whole life I’m 42 . I expect some level of nice I get your having and day but come on. Well at least the gel nails were at best ok she rushed through. Needless to say I’ll never be coming back again.

Rude, dirty, poor quality. Terrible manicure, terrible pedicure. This was the worst nail spa I’ve ever been to. Everyone was rude and very mean in their tone of talk to me. Wish I read these reviews before I went.
