Customer Reviews:
My pointer finger ( the picture with the circled area) broke while I was washing my hair tonight***
I decided to give this salon another chance! That was MY MISTAKE!!!
After getting a dip powder full set, I have decided that this salon does not meet the basic expectations of a nail salon. When the nail tech is so busy looking to see when her next client t is coming in instead of focusing on the current client, that’s all I need to know about you! You can tell where one layer of powder starts and ends, there is not even coverage on any nail, and there is not a smooth surface on any nail at all. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that they weren’t there. Hmmm, that’s funny, because I saw them there and they just kept walking like they didn’t hear me. WILL BOT BE GOING BACK EVER. This is the last straw for me. Horrible service and slacking management!
So after a lil over 2 weeks, most of my nails have a crack in them that start on a side and work their way in to the middle. Is this normal? I think not. What gives…?
My eyelids were bleeding due to a mistake the waxer made so I kindly requested a refund which was denied. She also took way too much off the middle so I have to color them in now.
Instead the manager offered 10% off my next wax (70 cents off LOL) I informed the manager that I would no longer be getting my eyebrows waxed there but I’d be happy to receive a discount for a different service because I like they way they do nails and lashes. She said no because it was my fault my eyelids were too sensitive.
I’m not going back. Not because they made a mistake, but they refused to work with me when I asked them about it. Mistakes happen and I’m okay with that. But this is not a good way of keeping business. You just lost a customer over a $7 refund.
