I have been renting at Sola for a little over a year now. Going out on my own was the best decision I ever made. David and Gina helped the transition way less scary! They did an amazing job with the suites they’re absolutely gorgeous! They are so much more than just building owners. They go WAY above and beyond to try and help us in ANY way they can to help us succeed. They are SUPER responsive anytime I reach out about anything. They offer so many furthering education classes. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to be!

I have been in my salon studio here for a little over a year and could not be happier!! The other professionals are super nice, the building is absolutely gorgeous, and our building owners David & Gina are the BEST! They are so supportive and any time you need anything they are always super quick to respond and help. They truly care about us!!!

I have seen Dayna, of Oakhill Massage, 3 times now. She is helping me with some residual nerve pain. She has been using a combo of massage and cupping. What a wonderful experience! In just 3 visits, I have been able to reduce the need for my medication. Thank you so much!!!

Great complex full of very nice, new suites! I have met the owners, and they are great people who have really helped my wife and her business. Many of the other studio renters seem like great people as well. Recommend this place to get services or move your business here!
