-CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN…everything is organized and it smells good. I’m not afraid to use the restroom😅 they request patrons wash their hands after checking in since we choose our own nail polish (for toe nails at least…they do have a “color board” and you can put in a request for designs if you want**if you want designs, let them know ahead of time. Please don’t request designs on a full set of nails 30 mins before closing…c’mon y’all lol)**
-Friendly techs. I have a different tech every time I go and every single one has been so kind and done a fab job on my toes. My sister regularly requests Michelle and Rick who are so so amazing! They do her finger nails (pictured) and toes.
-LOCATION is great!
-The ATMOSPHERE is super chill and relaxing. After a crazy day at work, this so needed.
Lisa, the receptionist is so sweet always. I’ve never had an issue with attitudes or bad service and, like I said, I have a different tech each time.
