I have been going to Soiree Nail Bar for a couple months now. All of the employees are welcoming and they are very accommodating to my schedule constraints. Most recently I had my nails done by Julia who was very friendly and did a great job and I look forward to going back to her.

I never leave reviews unless it’s to highlight a person / business that truly deserves it and I cannot say enough amazing things about Julia at Soiree. I also am SO happy to see how many people have left reviews about her below as well because it’s so genuinely deserved! I’ve been coming to Julia since December last year and as I’ve continued to get to know her over the last year, not only is she INCREDIBLE at her job, she is one of the most kind and joyous people I’ve ever met. She has truly become a friend and sharing her name with friends is one of the easiest referrals I’ve ever had to give. It was about time I told the internet too! In addition, the salon is so vibey, very posh and fun to be at! Great music, great people and overall a wonderful experience! I’ve been to over 10 other salons in Nashville over the last 8 years and Soiree is BY FAR the premium experience!!

Friend and I had Manicures done by Angie and Mimi. They were EXCELLENT. Angie took time doing my nails and made sure to make it smooth. I’ve never had this type of focus before and the nails are fabulous. I am going to drive 45-50min to come see here. She is worth the drive and cost.

Had to get my nails done for a wedding this weekend. The tech was very friendly, but my nails turned out horrible — bumpy, not shaped evenly, and cost 67 after tip. Unfortunately I do not have time to get them redone.

Update – went back after, did a great job 2nd time around replacing the first set.

I have been going to Soiree Nail Bar for years and years, and the nail techs are great, especially Tina and Ty. The front desk receptionist, Amy, is super, too! The negatives are that they don’t have an updated color selection, and you have to ask to find out what they have available in dip or gel colors. The polishes are all on their last leg and the display of colors is so disorganized and unappealing. I have had to resort to bringing my own dip colors and polishes, but you do what you have to do. I have come to accept the fact that they will always be out of any shade of red during the holidays, they will always be running low or out of popular colors, and they will never have any of the latest colors. Let’s face it- this is a popular salon and they are going to run out of supply when they are going through it quickly during busy seasons.
However, there is a red flag that is difficult to ignore. The attitude of the owner’s husband, Michael, is abysmal. He has no customer service skills and makes zero effort to get to know any of the regular customers. I have never seen him smile or have a friendly interaction with a customer. Today, while I was waiting in the lobby, he was on the phone raising his voice with whoever he was speaking to. This is not what I want to be exposed to in any place of business, but especially in a “spa” environment, and I definitely do not think that this is a professional display of behavior by the owner’s husband. I will continue to come here to have my nail services done because I enjoy the care that is delivered by my nail tech, Ty, despite poor behavior by management. Also, I don’t bother to even say hello to Michael anymore because he has never acknowledged me in return. I would absolutely fall over from a heart attack if he ever cracked a smile or acknowledged a customer. So, the lack of friendly attitude from the owner’s husband is why I am taking a star off. He is such a sour puss. A friendly acknowledgment goes way further than polish supply I don’t even care that I have to bring my own. If Michael wasn’t such a downer, they would get 5 stars, regardless of low polish supply. Do better.
