Do not recommend at all, very bad customer service, so money hungry. she took off my powder gel, charged me 15 dollars just for that, I payed her and tipped her, then I asked for a file because I had a broken nail, she was like ” i don t have it” then she said “you need to buy it, you can t borrow it, it’s mine, it s my salon” so funny. She doesn’t know it she adds a very small tiny gesture to her service or just be nice to the customer she ll be tipped more and gain a loyal customer. So disappointed.

I’ve visited several times and each time has been great! The chairs are the best and the staff is friendly. The prices are reasonable, and let’s face it…we all could use hot towels wrapped around our legs after a relaxing pedicure. I have a difficult time unwinding, but not at Soho…I melt into the chair and enjoy.

*edit* this “fungus” I just found out is staph infection. Avoid avoid avoid this salon.given the reply from the owner, clearly tools aren’t sanitized and I wont come back.

This used to be my go to place because my nails always looked good when I left, however the past few times I went in there were new people. I got stuck with them a couple times and my nails were terrible and uneven. I gave it one more shot and still got stuck with a new guy. After an aggressive manicure that ended up with two cuts on my cuticle & terrible results, I ended up with a fungus. Don’t recommend this place. The quality has gone down and clearly its not a very clean place.
