So me and my friend went here to get our nails done for her senior prom. We came out with shoddy nails, because my nails are clumpy and not even finished. My friends nails are also unfinished and both of our nails have a huge dip in the middle of them all. We paid $115. Mine was $55 hers were $60. It’s not worth going there because the nail tech there was very rough he kept yanking my hands back and forth and twisting my fingers. They still hurt. I wonder why they have bad reviews. I don’t recommend it. If I had a choice I would give them zero stars. I demand my money back.

I go in just to get my toes repainted (not a pedicure) and she does an awful job just painting. She adds like 6 layers of polish on one toe when she messed up instead of taking it off and starting over. I would’ve been more than happy to pay more to have start over but she did not listen to me and my toes took over 45 min to dry. Will not be going back, when they can’t even do a simple job. This is what I get for cheating on my normal nail salon at Nail Studio! lol

I went to Soho Nails and Spa. This salon had a modern and chic design. The staff were very attentive and made me feel pampered from the moment I walked in. The pedicure was luxurious, with a relaxing massage and meticulous nail care. The price was a bit higher compared to the other salons, but the exceptional service justified the cost. I left feeling completely pampered and delighted with my experience.

I’m not one to usually write reviews, but this is an exception. The quality of my nails is fine, but I was deceived by the nail tech and charged for a service I didn’t request. I walked in, asked for an express pedicure, but instead I was given a classic. When I tried to explain that I didn’t ask for this service, I was blown off with no apology or an offer to “make it right” somehow. Moreover, the classic pedicure was exactly like an express, so the extra $10 charge wasn’t even worth it. There was little to no massaging/scrubbing/exfoliation. I will not be returning to this establishment, and I hope SOHO makes better customer communication a priority in the future.

Love this nail salon!
They are children friendly, tolerate any and all questions very well, and are very precise to satisfying any requests.
I can’t tell you the lady’s name who took care of me during my last visit (April 30th, 24). Though I can say that she was in booth 11! So appreciative of her work and kindness to me and my daughter. A bonus is that she knew how to properly remove my cuticles and make the shapes that I requested. No crooked nails, perfect length, perfect slim square shapes to look natural with my hands.
The lady who took care of my daughter’s pedicure and manicure did a phenomenal job as well! Very kind, patient, and informative.
Everyone made us feel very comfortable.
100% recommend.
