This is my second time in this establishment. The first time was ok, I only get a regular manicure with clear or nude polish so I wasn’t expecting anything extravagant. The nail tech who did my nails today was very slow and inexperienced. I asked for a regular manicure nothing extra. The nail tech took 45 minutes just to file my nails that are short and natural. I’m usually not a person who leaves bad reviews but after being in there for an hour and a half and having the end result look like this I feel robbed and insulted by this business. All of my nails are misshaped and different lengths none of them are even. I was charged $45 for this service and when I asked why a separate nail tech yelled at me from across the room and said “it’s because you wanted it custom”. What does that even mean?? I asked for a regular manicure. Nothing about the end result of this is at all custom. This experience has ruined my weekend. I work in the area so it would have been nice to be able to have someone reliable enough to do a REGULAR MANICURE!!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE 🩷 they are clean, efficient, and always have availability. I love how comfortable they make you feel! They have options for different styles and colors. The prices are pretty great considering the place is downtown!

Worse experience of my life. Went in on Monday or Tuesday as I need to get my nails done last minute. Technician dug into my cuticles bad, grinded down my nail beds. Ended up getting a nail infection 3 days later called paronychia. Went back to the nail salon, the manager (I’m assuming) extremely disrespectful, questioning if I even went there, saying I should’ve came the next day, saying “I’m trying to scam them” absolutely ridiculous. I do not suggest ANYONE to go there. Wasted my time and now with an infected finger.

I went for a fill and nail fix. I was told it would be $75 but ended up paying for $110 at the end with no design. I had a nail pop off less than a week later…. they did fix it for free but then days later other nails started lifting. The staff was great though! Very nice people and the place was very clean.(:
