I didn’t know what I wanted when I walked in. Just that my nails looked terrible and I needed help lol I picked my main color and let the nail tech decide the rest. These are the Gel X nails and this was my first time trying them along with the shape of the nails (I usually go square) but I love the way they turned out! She did a great job and everyone was very sweet. Will definitely go back.

Went in for a gel pedicure. The gel on my toes is very pretty, nicely done, but she did not care for my feet at all. They are still covered in calluses/dry skin, which she didn’t bother to treat at all during my pedicure. I’ve never had such bad care to my feet

Went here for the first time yesterday and it is the worst place I have ever been. The lady didn’t ask me the shape I wanted for my nails or even if they were okay. I got a pedicure that is the normal price of a deluxe and in the water they just poured dr. Teals bubble bath . No scrub no calluses removing the fact that they couldn’t even use the salon water stuff is a huge red flag. I had to go to another salon that day to get my whole services redone. Called to get my money back no answer.

I went yesterday for the very first time and Tram took care of me. I had gone to a previous business and they left my nails very thick and uneven. Tram took her time on each nail and fixed all my nails. I absolutely LOVE my nails and finally found my new nail place. Thank you Tram and Sofia Nails.

What a mistake trying this place! All I needed was a simple manicure, was greeted with pleasantries and the obligatory I’ll be with you in 10 minutes. I went to select nail polish amongst the racks that were covered in dust and various stages of decay. They kept saying you need gel you need gel, I don’t want gel a simple manicure please.
Perhaps regulars get better treatment, the place had a steady flow of people and I was just a walk in. The shape of the nails was fine, the clipping of the cuticles was perhaps a bit more aggressive than necessary, I did not see her take the manicure tools out of any protective wrapping or UV cleansing device, normally I would have asked but for my own reasons I needed a manicure and this was the option.
When she was done filing and shaping I went to wash my hands, when I sat back down she began to apply and massage moisturizer into my hands…. Unfortunately she had the same gloves on that she had been filing my nails and is felt more like an exfoliation with the grit from filing my nails. Time to pay, $15 for regular manicure, okay a bit high compared to every place else I’ve gone to which is in the 10 to $12 range, but shame on me I didn’t ask and I could not find a price list anywhere. I gave her $20 and when she gave me change I gave it back to her as her tip, a $5 tip for a basic manicure is very generous. I was hoping that would translate into taking her time and doing a good job with the polish. Nope! I chose a very translucent pink and she was not even with the strokes at all! In fact she managed to get red flecks into my left thumb polish, when I pointed it out she said okay honey I fix, she did not fix. She did not do a good job with the polish and I had to ask for a second coat which is standard for any manicure! If she couldn’t be bothered with me she should not have said yes we can give you a manicure, this has to be amongst the top five worst manicures I’ve experienced.
I let my nails dry and went out to the car where I took the two pictures, I have actually never had my skin be drier coming out of manicure than going in, but the pictures definitely show my skin was dry from whatever she did.
Unless you are a regular and have a better experience on routine basis, I do not recommend this place, I do not feel as if they are hygienic or have a high attention to detail.
