Saw this nail salon advertised on instagram, travelled to Atlanta for business and made an appointment for a “Red Velvet” Rose pedicure and for nail services manicure with tips and gel French. I absolutely loved my service. I had never had milk bath pedicure and the experience was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and professional. This will be my go to spot for a spa day when I’m in Atlanta.

Great atmosphere and wonderful experience! The nail techs took great care of us and the hospitality was unmatched. Bethany was very professional and sweet, and did not rush through my service which I really appreciated. The attention paid to detail was also very refreshing. Thank you Soak & Polish! Would definitely visit again!

From the immediate online chat feedback, to the call from the owner, later followed by a reminder for the appointment from a tech (Zay), the service was top tier. Arrived at my appointment, checked in by Rob the receptionist, and was greeted by smiling faces from the techs (Paris, Shay, Zay). Demond sat back and worked diligently but offered a smile every now and then to our laughs and conversations. I highly recommend you visit this establishment for your nail care needs. This nail salon is like none other that I have ever visited! The champagne while you wait, the great selection of music, the relaxing pedicures that my group of 7 received were awesome. Shout out to this exemplary black woman owned business. This was an extraordinary way to end my Self Care Sunday.

Another day at Soak and Polish! I’ve been here time and time again and they never ever disappoint! This time I had the pleasure of getting the Jelly Pedicure Remix by Bethany and she was such a beautiful soul and so attentive. My aunt and I got here an hour earlier than our original appointment and they were still able to squeeze us in and were so kind about it. Also, the complimentary sangria was amazing! Highly recommend!

I Googled the best nail salons in Atlanta an I came across this salon. I honestly love supporting Black owned businesses because I am a black entrepreneur. So when I visited the salon the atmosphere is very pleasant and I was greeted upon arrival. They were very kind and attentive at first. I know I am very particular about how my nails and toes are done. So with that being said I explained exactly how I needed my toes done to a young gentleman. Also, I was very polite to him and a young lady named Bethany. Bethany was very nice did an amazing job on my nails. However, the gentleman who was providing service to my toes seemed very disgusted with my feet. Honestly, I know that my feet were looking very unpleasant and I actually needed to make them look better. Therefore, I explained detail how they have to be done an he stated that he completely understood. So when was done I realized he actually made my toe look worse an I was beyond upset about how horrible my toes looked. I have pictures below to show how bad my toes look. This is why I did not say anything at all & even gave him a $15 although he did not deserve the tip at all. Sometimes you have to show people kindness when they are not doing their best an treat them better than they treated you. I genuinely thanked everyone for their time and service although my toes were not done properly at all.He continued to have a disgusted or maybe that he did not want to be bothered look on his face when I asked for his cashapp to send a tip an never said thank you and looked away as if I was beneath him. Actually, the ladies who were checking me out had the same demeanor and they took a really long time even come over to assist me. I’m not sure what the issue is but I am so disappointed in the service I received at this salon. Energy doesn’t lie or face expressions. This sad how people are supposed representing our people and they treat people this way. I wish this salon the best moving forward but I will never recommend this salon anyone after this experience ever nor will I come to this establishment.
