I have struggled with whether or not to write this review, but if it means things can improve, then it’s for the best. I have gotten my nails done here plenty of times the last few years and they usually do a great job on my nails when I can be seen. What this establishment does not do well is communicate about wait times for getting a service, especially if you are a walk-in. You’re better off making an appointment if you wanna get your nails done here. Walking in isn’t your best bet on super busy days and times (like weekends and proms) and on days they’re understaffed. I had to walk out of the place after an hour of waiting the last time I tried to get my nails done before a work trip (a few weeks ago now and on a Friday night). This was also the second time I walked out of this salon after waiting an hour or so to be seen. I understand wanting to honor appointments and not rush peoples nails either especially if they get more complicated services done and agree these should absolutely be done, but please be realistic and honest if your staff cannot see a customer within an hour. I would have been more than understanding and come back a little later if I was told the wait would be long upon arrival. I just didn’t appreciate having my time wasted and being asked to wait a little longer right when I was walking out…that little bit longer could have been another hour for all I knew especially since I got told it would be a little bit longer 45 minutes earlier. Just don’t lie to your customers about when they’ll be seen. Please just do a better job communicating wait times to your customers, especially the walk-ins. If I do give you another chance (still trying to decide if I want to after this second time of waiting a while), I’ll definitely make an appointment going forward, but won’t be doing walk-ins anymore.

Hands down the best nail place in town. It starts from a place that they care and continue to improve the services they provide. I have been coming here for several years now and I will not go anywhere else. My nails are in the best shape they have ever been in, in large part due to the fact that they remove the SNS polish the correct way. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. The facility is always clean. If I could give more stars I would. Try them out and you will not regret it. They have even added online booking through their website which has made booking an appointment even easier.

Angel at SNS did a LOVELY job on my nails. She took extra care of me, and had me look at my nails through each step to make sure I was satisfied with her work. And of course, I was. My nails look absolutely beautiful. Angel does amazing work😊

A few weeks later: Angel never misses!! She does amazing every single time and makes sure to take her time. Went for more natural this time and my nails look SO CLEAN!!! She does an excellent job every time and I’m so happy to have such an amazing nail artist🥰

Brought five girls in to get our nails done 30 minutes before closing time. It took a few hours for everybody to get their nails done. Staff was all nice pleasant and was not in a rush and made sure that we liked the ending product. Thank you for a great experience, definitely should give them a try if you haven’t been there.

I’ve been here twice, my first experience here I’m not sure who I had but I got gel and it was bumpy and thick and she did several coats and then there was a bubble in one nail so she decided to go in with clippers and clipped off the whole side of my nail to get the bubble out and I was bleeding and bleeding and it was so painful, I wasn’t even given a discount. After some time I decided to give the place another chance and booked with Angel based on reviews. She did a perfect job on my pedicure with regular polish and then I did SNS manicure. I have to keep my nails short for work but I wanted to try an almond shape with my natural nail. She did an excellent job and paid attention to every detail. I don’t get my nails done often but it seems like every place I try I have a bad experience and get cut and bleed, so I’m very relieved to have finally found someone that really cares about their work and listens to their customers. Thank you Angel!

Update: I’ve been to Kelly twice and she is also amazing! Red holiday set by her 🙂 They also helped me pick my color and gave out free full size lotions to their clients for Christmas!
