Unfortunately I didn’t like the result of my gel manicure (color black) I kindly ask them to fix it and they changed it without hesitation and were very nice about it. I agreed to change it to clear because the owner ask me to, saying the color black was the problem and it ended up being nice but I’m a little frustrated because is my medical school graduation and I was hoping to have my nails done according to my outfit. Otherwise they are very welcoming and have superb customer service. Pedicure was ok.

The man that did my nails was very polite and fun to talk with. I asked for acrylic nails, I wanted two colors like every other nail. He didn’t understand so first try was purple tips with dark pink for what would be my skin under. No I didn’t want that. So he said he could ombre them with two pink colors, I said I liked bright. Awesome. We’ll he didn’t do acrylic he used “dip”, not what I asked for second try. The color at the end of my dipped nails not acrylic were plain one color light pink. He put a glitter on the bottom so when done it was not seen. I had to go home and put glitter polish on myself. I wanted 2 colors of acrylic nails and ended up paying for dipped nails one color and not close to the sade of pink. When explaining why he dipped instead of acrylic he said they ate stronger. Less then 2 weeks I had one break shutting my window and 2 more opening a bottle. They are in no way what so ever stronger. I don’t recommend this place even if the staff is nice.

I like Snow nail because of the friendly customer service. They seem genuine in wanting to please the customers wishes. Then I like that they believe in Jesus. My nails are always just the way I like. Beautiful

Owner and husband are the best! Excellent customer service and Snow takes pride in her work. She doesn’t rush like most nail salons I have gone to allowing that specials one on one treatment with every customer. I will go to anyone else now. I found my girl!

A very nice nail salon. My only dislike is cost. I was a walk-in on a Saturday (late) morning and just had a pedicure. I was one of 3 customers, so it was very quiet and I didn’t feel rushed. The spa part of the pedicure was nice, but I chose the option ($43) with callus removal and still have a lot of rough spot on my heels and big toes. The foot and leg massages were very good. My toe nails are okay, (love the color, Boston Red) but the gel polish is kinda poorly done and the nail bed wasn’t cleaned very well before painting. Overall cost was $60, which is why I’m going with 3 stars.
