Customer Reviews:
It was the Wednesday (late in the day) before the Memorial Day weekend and we received a return call on the Tuesday following the weekend.
We made an appointment for the next week and showed up ready to have the haircut.
When we showed up we were a few minutes early and needed to wait in the vehicle (no problem) but we’re told we had to wear a mask.
Nothing was mentioned about masking up when we connected with them to make the appointment?
When we asked why that I do was being shared now she said it was on Facebook and we should have known.
The initial red flag could have been the very delayed return of our call but with a holiday weekend we just figured they were taking more time for themselves and let it go.
Secondly, to make no mention of the mask requirement was a big deal in the times we are living in.
The worst part was the rudeness when we asked why we were not told (we waited 7 days from the return call when the appointment was set) about the mask when we made the appointment??? Seems logical to us that one would at least say check out our procedures which are listed on our website or Facebook. Nothing mentioned until we arrived and then we had wasted 2 weeks in the process of waiting for them.
To be rude just made my wife and I both upset and ready to let others know they are not professional in their dealings with the public.
You can form your own opinion if you like but bring your customer service bar down to at least a three when you would like to expect at least a 4.5!
So sad when this could have been different.
