I have UNSUCCESSFULLY been trying to get an appointment for the last 3 weeks. The manager of the salon told me
1. It’s walk-in only when I tried to make an appointment over the phone
2. When I walked in, she told me it’s appointment only
3. Again when I tried to make any appointment, she told me it’s walk-in only
Today I arrived at 09:50 at the salon for a walk-in. The gate was closed and a note said “ in a meeting til 10”. At 10:00, the manager appeared from the back of the salon and proceeded to collect money from the register for a bank deposit. By now there were 5 other people waiting, none of whom she acknowledged. She finally SAUNTERED off to make the deposit, no acknowledgment of the waiting customers, no sense of urgency and no sense of service or professionalism. Upon her return, she began to check in a lady with a little girl. This is when another lady stepped forward to announce that she had a Color appointment from way back, which the manager first denied, but then ‘found’ on the computer. The manager then told everyone else to leave and she was not taking any appointments or walk-ins for the next 3 hours.
I have been coming to this salon for the last 4 years and always been treated well, but I will NOT be coming back. I understand the constraints the manager is working with, being she is the ONLY employee, I’m sure she is under a lot of stress. But that does not excuse her unprofessional behaviour and rude attitude.

I think this hair salon is more for quick and simple haircuts. I have been here 3 times, the first 2 times were fine I enjoyed it. I’m not a social person so I don’t really talk at salons but the second time she left my hair wet and didn’t blow dry it. I thought ‘whatever I’m sure she’s just busy!’ Well I went today and again she left my hair wet. I didn’t wanna say anything cause my hair dried fast but I should’ve. When I got home I realized my hair cut wasn’t really fit for me. Not to mention I booked for a haircut, shampoo, and simple style but got just the haircut and shampoo part, luckily I payed for just those services. I did get emotional cause I didn’t realize how much I hated my haircut cause it wasn’t blow dried at the salon. I think the workers are nice and do a good job but I feel like the salon is for more simple styles.

Got a haircut today. Stylist was a guy with curly hair. He was good very up beat and pleasant. You could tell that he loved his job. I’m not giving them 5 stars because I don’t have enough hair for a wash? They don’t have a cheaper option like just a haircut. You have to select haircut and a wash. Otherwise always a pleasant experience.

Colton shampooed and cut my client’s hair. My client is a special needs man and I am his caregiver. I am so impressed with Colton’s friendliness and genuine concern for my client! I can tell my client really enjoyed his conversation with him! And he got exactly the cut he wanted in spite of his inability to speak clearly. Colton is obviously a Christian hairdresser and it shows in how he treats his customers with such patience and respect!
